Election Ahead! Residents interested in running for the Fire District Trustee in 2025, can find a candidate guide attached.

The guide provides election information on how to file for candidacy, all required forms, and all required forms. Two Trustee positions are open, one carrying four-year term and one carrying a six-year term.

Candidates can file petitions from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays from Tuesday, Nov. 12 to Friday, Nov. 15 at Fire Station 1, 34W500 Carl Lee Rd., St. Charles, IL 60174. Filing hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18.

The candidates will run in the April 1, 2025 Consolidated Election. For more election information, visit the Illinois State Board of Elections website at www.elections.il.gov
